Overview

The Cell was started in September2014 with the intent to cater employment needs of the students from our college. The college has a well defined training and placement cell to help students pursue their dreams. Faculties from every stream form the part of the placement committee who work towards the development of special skills required in their field and contribute towards the overall placement activities. Training & Placement Cell is the link between Industry and students. It is a platform created for interaction and familiarization of students with the recruiting organizations and their work profile. Students are trained through seminars, workshops and lectures from Industry trainers.

Objectives

Developing the students to meet the Industries recruitment process
To motivate students to develop Technical knowledge and soft skills in terms of career planning, goal setting
To motivate students aspire for higher studies and guiding them to take competitive exams such as CAT, GATE, TOEFL, GRE, IES,UPSC,TNPSC etc
Aiming to Place the maximum number of students through campus & off-campus interviews conducted by the different companies.
