Physics Laboratory

Physics lab is well equipped with all the instruments required for practicals. It has measuring instruments, Sonometer Kit, Logic gates kits, Moment of inertia setup, Jaeger’s method setup, Spectrometer, LCR circuit and many more. Laboratory is spacious and can accommodate 24 students at a time.

Chemistry Laboratory

Well equipped and spacious Laboratories for undergraduate course. The Laboratories are maintained with proper ventilation along with necessary safety purpose fire extinguishing system. All equipments like pH meter, Conductivity meter, digital balance, centrifugal machine, Electric water bath are available to perform the practical’s. Laboratory is spacious and can accommodate 24 students at a time.

Botany Laboratory

Well spacious and well ventilated Botany lab at Arihant provides specimens, microscopes, permanent slides, latest method of physiological experiment, Genetics, section cutting of plants, demonstration dissection etc . Botany lab is well equipped for undergraduate students to perform various botany practical which are necessary for the study of the structure, properties, and biochemical processes of all forms of plant life, as well as plant classification, plant diseases, and the interactions of plants with their physical environment. Botany practical’s covered during the session are Section cutting, Taxonomic studies, physiological & ecological experiment, Study of community, Biochemical analysis etc

Zoology Laboratory

Zoology Lab at Arihant provides scientific study of the animal kingdom, along with its evolution, diversity and environment. Zoology lab is well equipped with all necessary facilities such as preserved specimen, slides, models, visual charts, which emphasize on developing scientific temper among students. Practical work involves building knowledge of both the structure of different kinds of animals and how they function, and the complex relationships that govern how animals relate to each other and their surroundings.

Some important practical’s covered during the session may be mentioned as, Permanent slide embryological, physiological & cytological preparation , experiments, Study of bones, pests, insects & plant, nematodes & edible fishes & parasites, counting of blood cells, study of ecosystem, immunology, biotechnology, animal behavior, toxicology.

Computer Laboratory

One lab is available with the capacity of 50 computers in lab. Each computer is connected in LAN with internet connectivity. Backup is available to each computer, so if there are interruptions in electricity supply, the problem does not arise.

Library

A library is a collection of information sources and similar resources, made accessible to a defined community for references and borrowing. It provides digital access, material access or access to virtual space. A library collection includes books, periodicals, newspapers, manuscripts, films, maps, prints, documents, microforms, CDs, DVDs, Blue-ray Discs, e-books, audio books, databases, and other formats.
